Today's beautiful quote comes from Saint Teresa of Avila in Spain.

I actually got to visit thanks to my sister, her home and the church that she established

in the town, you know, that she grew up in and lived in.

It was beautiful, stunning, absolutely amazing.

She says, remember, if you want to make progress on the path and to send to place

as you have longed for, the important thing is not to think much but to love much.

And so to do whatever best awakens you to love.

Not to think much but to love much.

Not to think so much about love.

Not to talk so much about love but to love.

For years, and I've shared this before, but for years, that's all I did was read about

the love.

I'd listen to talks about love and Google questions about it and enlightenment and awakening

and reread the same books and the same quotes about the love.

And I knew intuitively that the real work was the practicing of it, the being of it.

Even like Joel Goldsmith, one of my favorite authors has a quote that basically says,

like the mere reading of it of truth is just an acquisition of knowledge.

It's not a deepening, like a true experience or an enriching of consciousness.

And to experience that enriching or that deepening, you got to touch it, you got to taste

it, you got to practice it, practice the presence of it.
