How do I deal with that?

Well, you're working for the wrong reason.

The acknowledgement of hard work, number one, is that you're not working hard.

What makes your job so hard is what you should identify and learn to find the light, the love,

and the lessons and what you perceive as being hard.

Two, your boss will acknowledge what value you bring has no definition on you.

We need to not vote for or worry about what other people acknowledge in us.

We need to acknowledge and remember what value we're bringing.

And the truth will come out.
