And boy, we got a lot to talk about.

And first of all, it's great to have you on the show,

but the 49ers, you know, I don't know why anybody would be surprised. We kind of knew that this was the likely scenario over the last couple of weeks. I guess the next question is, will Trey Lance be on the 49ers roster the entire season or will he be elsewhere?

That's the big question now because it doesn't seem like Rhino that there's a future for him in

San Francisco.

No, Grant, it doesn't.

And certainly if injuries happen, who knows?

We saw that occur last year.

I think San Francisco holds on to him at this point.

Why not? The Athletic had an article with 8 gms or 8 officials around

the league they thought San Francisco could possibly get a third round pick

maybe even a second round pick for him and inevitably a cubie one's gonna go down around the league and

at this point Trey Lance's value is pretty much nothing so I can only see his

value going up and you know for San Francisco fans it's one of those things

you saw the writing on the wall you knew it was coming but sometimes it's still hard to

face that reality when it hits you right in the face. All right, well, when you look at all the mistakes,

and I did a rant on this today,

that teams make it the quarterback position, okay?

You can talk about the jets.
