yesterday it was revealed by the 49ers that Brock Purdy will be the

starter, Sam Darner will be the backup and Trey Lance is number three on the

depth chart. That's right the same Trey Lance that the 49ers gave three first round

picks and a third rounder to move up from number 12 to number three to select the

young man out of North Dakota state.

And right now there appears to be no future in San Francisco for Lance.

Isn't it amazing how many teams make mistakes at the quarterback position?

I mean look at the bears a couple of years ago when they moved up one spot with the 49ers

so they can select Mitchell Trebuski, bust.

The Cleveland Brown selected Baker Mayfield, number one,

what's he on his fourth team now?

Just named the starting quarterback of Tampa.

How about the Jets?

Sam Darnold?

Oh yeah, that's right. He's not good enough to play in New York. Not good enough to play in Carolina. Now he's to back up in San Francisco. Now Zach Wilson. Again, Jets thought they had their franchise quarterback.
