Summary

Exactly 1 year ago today I left my day job to make The Art of Photography my full time job. This is a quick video to say thanks to all of you for all of your support and for watching the videos! Can't wait to see what the next year brings! We'll do a meetup in Los Angeles next week. I'll put up a video soon with the details, but it will be Sunday evening, July 26, 2015. 0:00.0	I want to do a quick video today to say thank you to you guys for the last year.
0:03.8	Some of you may or may not know, but one year ago today I made the decision to leave my day job of seven years
0:09.9	with benefits in salary and pension and everything to dive head first in and
0:16.1	do this show full time and it has been an amazing year in fact it's been a little bit of
0:20.9	a blur and it flew by so fast.
0:22.8	I almost didn't realize that we were at the one year point until somebody pointed this out
0:26.1	to me the other day.
0:27.7	And I wanted to do a quick video just to say thanks to you guys for all of your support.
0:32.2	I couldn't do this if I didn't have an audience.
0:34.9	And I have the most amazing audience ever.
0:37.5	You guys are really incredible.
0:40.0	And just to give you a little backstory about this
0:42.2	and I want to talk a little bit about the last year.
0:44.7	I started pulling some stats and some numbers on this.
0:47.1	And as you all know, I distribute this show on two platforms.
0:50.9	You can watch these on YouTube,
0:52.4	or you can also watch the videos and
0:53.7	subscribe in iTunes and download them to your computer through the Apple store.
0:57.0	And I have more stats obviously from the YouTube side of things because iTunes
1:02.1	really I can just track downloads and that's about it
1:04.2	but the numbers have been pretty amazing over the last year. First of all I've done 146
1:08.7	videos in the last 365 days and that kind of blows my mind.
