Summary

How often do we go to do something, and finish the task with no recollection of it at all? This is because we don’t have present-moment awareness. But we can cultivate this skill through mindfulness. Consider practicing this weekend with a snack — it doesn’t have to be a raisin! Have a good weekend, everyone! Learn more about your ad choices. 2:17.1

at a legal parking spot on the street but then wake up super early in the morning to move it to

2:22.9

avoid getting towed. I woke up around 6.30 or 6.45 in the morning. I drove around the residential

2:31.2

area of Manhattan for about a full hour looking for a legal parking spot. To know of

2:37.2

hell, I eventually just paid to park at a garage. But what I witnessed that morning brought me back
