But before we get into that, Max, you had some great new reporting on the Big 12 and the future of the Big 12 in light of this alliance that I'm sure those of you who listen to this podcast feed have heard a lot about

the alliance the big 10 pack 12 and a cc thing whatever it is and uh gentlemen's agreement

i guess you can call it you know the gentleman's agreement that's good i think and he called it

a common law marriage there's lots of creative uh descriptions for this alliance that, you know, no one needs to put in writing because, you know,

these, these grown men have looked each other in the eye. Yeah. And we never see people,

you know, clandestinely behind the scenes scheme in college athletics.

That never happens.

Not in this conference, man.

Hell no.

But Max, I'll just give the floor to you for a minute.

We'll talk about it a little bit.

You know, kind of run us through your latest reporting and what you've learned.

Well, first of all, dear listener, I apologize for my, in advance for my performance

today because I'm dealing with some kind of sickness here, not COVID, but some kind of

sickness. So, you know, the, the uncertain state of the Big 12 is potentially killing me. I don't

really know what's going on. Max, this is your flu slash food poisoning game right here today.
