this stuff really works. It's like everything changed, right?

It's really interesting.

So despite the number of times we've talked about,

then we still get lots of questions from, right,

in the forums, clients, email,

email, conferences, you know,

it just over and over and over again.

And one of the questions that we've gotten over the years,

and frankly, we're kind of used to being asked, right?

Yeah, and what's funny about it is the sense we get from some folks that very simple operational details can mean a lot to them.
