Summary

First, we begin with an analysis of the presidential race. Republicans continue to fight yesterday’s battle and beat a dead horse by going after Biden, with zero plan to fight what is coming next. Moreover, nobody has a plan to fight the uniparty, of which Trump is clearly an ally. Has the system made peace with a Trump presidency? Next, we’re joined by Jill Hines, co-director of Health Freedom Louisiana, who was the lead plaintiff in Murthy v. Missouri, the government censorship case. We go through the appalling ruling, which essentially makes it impossible to sue the government for working with private companies to censor our views. Nonetheless, Jill, as a model activist, believes the group will make progress in additional lawsuits. Also, she is working on a litany of model legislation pertaining to medical freedom and the vaccines, and she has already made enormous progress in Louisiana. 1:10.2	has a bunch of bureaucrats working together with private vendors to censor us.
1:15.6	There's nothing you can do about it and you'll never get standing to sue against it.
1:20.6	So we're going to have Jill Hines coming up of, you know, our Louisiana Health Freedom.
1:27.8	She is our Louisiana Conaction Team leader and she is the lead plaintiff in that case. We'll talk to her about her
1:35.3	feelings on being shut out at the Supreme Court and just some of the good work she's
1:40.5	doing in Louisiana. Again the good in the bad. The bad is at a federal level we're
1:44.9	screwed. The good is we are growing a movement of the Sons of Liberties, creating our
1:51.2	dominions in these small states which is really the only
1:55.6	vestige we have left from the original constitutional model from which
2:00.9	to launch a new declaration of independence.
