Good morning everyone and welcome back to another morning with the masters where we devote

ourselves to the Lord daily with you. Good morning you guys. We are picking up with day

two of our live no lies devotional in the Bible app. There's a link to that in the description

of the podcast if you guys want to follow along with us and as always I'm going to read this

scripture and towards going to pick it with the Devo. Let's do it. The scripture is first

Peter chapter one verses one through five and it says this. This letter is from Peter

in a postal of Jesus Christ. I'm writing to God's chosen people who are living as foreigners

in the province of Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia and Bintia. I'm sure I did not say those names

right so just forget me. Verse two, God the Father knew you and chose you long ago and his spirit

has made you holy. As a result you have obeyed him and have been cleansed by the blood of Jesus

Christ. May God give you more and more grace and peace. All praise to God the Father of our

Lord Jesus Christ. It is by His great mercy that we have been born again because God raised Jesus

Christ from the dead. Now we live with great expectation and we have a priceless inheritance

and inheritance that is kept in heaven for you. Pure and undefiled beyond the reach of change

and decay. And through your faith God is protecting you by His power until you receive the salvation

which is ready to be revealed on the last day for all to see. The devotional is titled

Living in Babylon and it says, I believe the world, the flesh and the devil are alive and well

and aided by our skepticism. They are wreaking havoc in our souls and society. Our war against the

three enemies of the soul is not a war of guns and bombs. It's not against other people at all.

It's a war on lies and the problem is less that we tell lies and more that we live them.

Most people today want nothing to do with faith in the public square. The church is seen as part

of the problem, not the solution as it used to be. What's more, with the radical moral reversal
