I serve here on our Global Mission staff. I also lead our business

training trips to Kenya where we help church planners to start small businesses so they can

feed their family while they're doing a work of church planning.

And I teach a class called Businesses Mission,

Our passage today is from Ephesians chapter 2 verses 13 through 22.

But now in Christ Jesus you who were once far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

For he himself is our peace, who made us both one

and is broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility

by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man

in place of the two, so making peace, and might reconcile us both to God and one body

through the cross thereby killing the hostility.

And he came and he preached peace to you who are far off, and peace to those who are near. For through him we both have access in one spirit to the Father.

So then you are no longer strangers and aliens,
