What's up, ETS Nation, and welcome to another episode of Surviving the Survivor, the

it is not just a tagline it is our reality when we say we've got the best guess in true crime and we are back.

Took a little time off to see the family out west and did a couple of book appearances

and it was fun and went well and always nice to

breathe that smoggy air in Los Angeles but we are back on the Donna Adelson pre-trial shows here.

We're literally one month away from the start of this trial actually two days less than a month

whatever that is 28 days 29 days so that's how far away we are from the start of the Donna Adelson trial.

And of course, as you all know, she is charged with first degree murder and the conspiracy

to kill her ex-son-in-law, FSU law professor Dan Markel and things

certainly heating up. There were a bunch of motions filed last week

when we were away and we're going to go through them tonight so prepare to enter law school this evening with our

guests and we'll see if a singer and company really know their stuff because we're looking at

motion so John Singer without further ado, as you know, he is

co-founder of Singer Deutsch LLP and a graduate of Georgetown Law, who is designated a New York super lawyer for literally 300 years in a row I can't

even list all the years a fantastic guy on top of it and die hard all things New England fan.
