Well, turn to Matthew, Chapter 6 and Deuteronomy 15.

If you're new here, we always like to turn to at least two passages of scripture, and we'll start in one and we'll end up at the other one a little later on.

So, Matthew 6 is where we'll start and then we're going to end up at Deuteronomy 15 and if you put a marker or something there

then we'll be able to flip over there quickly in a little while.

We are talking about our one life and how our one life matters and counts. I just want to encourage

you also to keep doing the one life devotional. If you have gotten behind or you've got out of the

habit or quit for a few days, don't let

that discourage you from starting back.

A lot of times when we're spending time with God every day and then we get busy and we miss a few days, it's like the

devil says to us, you know, don't go back because he'll ask you where you were, you know.

Well, he just wants to see you and wants to spend time with you.

So please spend time with the Lord every morning.
