So on this show, we have several recurring themes. And really, I think the biggest recurring

theme is a return to sanity in real estate. That's kind of how Julie and I think of it when

estate right now. And I mean that quite literally. Insanity is by definition where you keep

with you what the topic is going to be. So we have, I'm seeing a lot of people that are finally accepting the fact that we are in a real estate reset.
