Hi Cassie, so your OCD is pinging again.

What do you do?

Well, it's been, so I've had kind of anxiety on OCD my whole life,

but I never really realized what it was until after I had kids,

and it can get exacerbated after you have children.

And I've really been looking at things that I've been doing,

and I've just found out some stuff that I've been doing

is actually OCD, and it makes me feel a lot more normal.

And I know that sounds weird.

But when you think of OCD, you think of perfectionism, OCD, right?

So all my highlighters need to be yellow.

Everything needs to be lined up perfectly.

Like I have to have things arranged the right way.

There are four main subsets of OCD, and that's one of them.

And I have the other three.

So I never knew I had OCD, because I didn't do any of those things.

Like, you know, I don't need things to line up or look right.

So I have what's called the harm OCD subset, which is where you

want to make sure you don't do harm to anyone during the day.

So I'll unplug all appliances before I go to bed.

I'll go down and check the front door, back door, like three to four times.
