Hi, Amanda. We are talking today, all day with Robert Sitzma.

Robert Sitzma is our senior critic here.

He has been part of the New York food scene for 30 to 40 years.

He came to New York in 1977. He worked at the Village Voice covering

Cheap Eats for two decades. Before that he had a journal called Down the Hat, which was don't know the little indie thing he

sent around everybody I think a precursor to Lucky Peach really yeah Robert

Seesema was out in Queens and Flushing and deep in Brooklyn before you were born

before I was born and before you were born.

Before I was born and before that was the cool thing to do.

Yeah, so for this very special episode, Dan spent the day with Robert and did a little walking tour profile of him.

So you get to hear about his career and about his favorite eats and, I don't know, his strategy

for how he does his job and lives his life.
