you. So yeah I've been thinking about this podcast for a while now, but I haven't done it.

I've come up with lots of reasons not to you.

I don't know enough about audio.

I don't know if I have the time, I wonder who if anyone will listen.

I worry that I'm boring.

If I'm honest, it really all boils down to fear.

Fear is such a powerful emotion.

Sometimes it keeps us safe, but more often it keeps us from taking the risks that propel us forward.

On the flip side, it can be a fantastic motivator.

I never would have traveled the country in a sprinter van if I hadn't been afraid I never would do it. I wouldn't say that life is fear, but I would say that fear is a very big part of life.

So I decided to dedicate the first two episodes to Fear. I talked to some women who I find
