Being able to do something alone kind of teaches you that self-reliance.

Entrepreneurship.

If you know your idea is great, you just hang in there. You know, you stay in there and you'll find it. But if it isn't, for

God's sake, change it. You know, don't get too stubborn.

Self-love.

Instead of listening to that voice the whole time telling me was too fat, it was like,

that voice was quiet. Like I was listening to the wind, I was listening to the birds, my own breathing,

and for once I just that narrative was gone from my from my mind.

Conservation and advocacy. You know whether you're a biker, a climber, a cyclist, a skier, we all love these public lands so much and no matter how you move through them, no matter how you experience them, you can come together around this idea of wanting to protect them.

Mental health.

I have never been less anxious in my life than I than I was for those six months on the trail and that was a

profound experience for me because I didn't think it was it was possible.

And that's not all either. We talk about how the outdoors makes us feel, how to make it a more inclusive place.

Our goal is to share as many feminine voices as possible,

to find a connection in all the different ways we spend time

outside. She explores us for outdoor beginners and experts alike. My hope is that it sparks

something within you and inspires you to step outside.
