Summary
In Part 1 of this episode we address your biggest question: Did Joe Gorga lose is parent's house? We dive into the property records, the legal pleadings, and even Melissa's old bravo blogs for answers. We also discuss the three years of litigation involving a fight with Joe Gorga and the Lauritas on one side (featuring Jacqueline Laurita allegedly attacking with a stiletto heel) and Johnny "The Greek" Karagiorgis on the other side, and then we move onto the multi-million dollar federal lawsuit filed by Melissa Gorga's former Envy business partner Jackie Beard Robinson. Next episode we will do our best to answer all of your questions and go over several other lawsuits, including those involving Joe's construction business and his new house.

| 0:35.9 | There's so many things you guys, but the first thing I want to say is we're going to address |
| 0:40.8 | this first. We got the most questions about did Joe lose his parents' house? |
| 0:46.0 | And we're going to explain how that rumor started, what evidence there is if any to support it and |
| 0:53.0 | try to answer that question. Then we're also going to go into the other lawsuits, some financial |
| 0:59.9 | ones being sued by American Express, the other foreclosures on some of the other homes that they've |
| 1:05.6 | had, and then I think probably one of the more interesting ones is the lawsuit Sessie's going |
| 1:12.1 | to talk about, which is the fight that we actually didn't get to see that resulted in three years |
| 1:17.5 | of litigation, and then the lawsuit where Melissa Gorgad and Andy Cohen and NBC Universal get sued |
| 1:25.6 | by Melissa Gorgad's former business partner and federal court, and that one's juicy, and we've |
| 1:31.7 | got the contracts that she had to sign, which are pretty fascinating, and then what else? |
| 1:37.3 | There's just a lot. There's a lot. They've been a lot. They've been in a lot of legal issues, |
| 1:42.8 | and I'm sure even in all of our research, we miss multiple lawsuits, but we're going to get into |
| 1:48.1 | as much of it as we can. Yeah, I think before we dive in, we should maybe just talk about generally |
| 1:53.2 | our thoughts on them, maybe? Yeah, totally. Totally. I don't find either of them to be particularly |
| 2:00.1 | interesting, but it's my own personal opinion. I just don't think anyone succeeds when you make |
| 2:06.3 | your storyline about someone else. I understand that there are a lot of family dynamics in New Jersey |
