Yeah, every week on Thursdays in this spot, we're going to talk to our guy, D-Day, Denton Day,

my producer for several years.

Now with his own gig at Sirius XM, of course, doing the college football overtime show,

but also part of the BetMGM Networks programming and part of our programming too on the team 980 and 106 7 the fan at the Denton day last

week you know was not the best weeks of college football i mean we had the game Saturday night

i'll just mention one thing and i want your reaction Bryce under, the incredibly highly touted quarterback five-star plus five-star that committed to LSU

that ended up going to Michigan with all the money that Michigan got together.

He is not ready for prime time yet.

He looks young, he looks inexperienced, he looks jittery and not really ready to play the position,

not against that level of competition. What did you see? Yeah, it's all freshmen. I saw a freshman that

had a halfway decent week number one and then went up against a defensive mastermind in Brent Venables

and was lost. And scared is probably not the right word,

but he didn't look like he was in control. And when he wasn't in control, he kind of started to

get all over the place, if you will. And I thought the Oklahoma defense did a really good job

with that, and it was very clear. They could not score by throwing the football for the second year in a row with Bryce Underwood. He'll get better. That's the one thing, like he has a much higher ceiling than the other dudes that they had at quarterback last year for Michigan, but it was a tough outing last weekend for sure.
