Anyone can get it, no worse than alcohol, free society as long as I'm not hurting others, blah blah. At one time even Mike Slater was a libertarian on this issue. But Mike changed his mind as more info became available and now so has the New York Times. The Gray Lady has reversed course and is calling for bringing back regulations on weed.
