Nothing is covered up that will not be revealed or hidden that will not be known.

Therefore, whatever you have said in the dark shall be heard in the light.

And what you have whispered in private rooms shall be proclaimed on the house tops.

Is that not a sobering reality that everything we have said will be revealed?

Thought desired that there is nothing in our lives that ultimately is hidden

specifically from God.

Even as I say that, can I just confess that recently in particular I've been so convicted

of how casual I've become with fleeting thoughts or fleeting desires or even quick short words

that I've used that are not pleasing to God, honoring to God, honoring to others.

And I've been convicted that I've just kind of passed over those like they're no big deal.

And they're a huge deal.

Every thought, every desire, every single word that we have is known by God.

And I want to be sensitive to every single thought and desire and word being pleasing to him

and honoring to him and honoring to others.

So God, I pray and pray for anybody else's in the same boat that you would help me,

that you would help us to think and desire and speak at all times today in ways that are

glorifying to you and good for others.

God, we pray that you would help us to think and desire and speak today in such a way that if

everything we thought and desired and said was made known to others that it would be clear

we were glorifying you and honoring everyone else.
