I will never forget this time when I was a new manager in my tech career.

I had this team of two and I was always, if ever I made a mistake I wanted to cover it up

or I wanted to fix it really quickly before my boss knew about it because hey like I didn't want to be caught and it's really

uncomfortable conversation or moment where I was caught out by making a mistake which was was so terrible, right?
