people will let you down, you may be betrayed. Life is a real mix of experiences, right? And no one gets through life unscathed and by the way that's not the goal right you don't want to like run through life you know with your head covered in your hands going I made it through life unscathed. 1:47.3

We have like two lanes.

1:49.4

We can go to the thought spiral of, oh my gosh,

1:52.4

this is terrible, I suck, life sucks, the future

1:55.2

is bleak, and we have the somatic symptoms, right?

1:58.3

We feel heavy, we feel scared, our body can feel tense, anxious, stressed, that's one lane, right? There is another
