And I'm already laughing because I'm like, we are recording so early.

It's 7 a.m.

We normally record on Sunday mornings, as most of you know.

And today is Evie's birthday party.

So exciting. She turns seven on Tuesday. No. It's crazy. I know. Everyone listening, a lot of our

listeners have been here this whole time. Yes. And seven. Seven. She's like a real kid. Yeah,

she is a real kid. So what is she? What's the theme? Oh, you know, Evie. Unicorns, rainbow glitter. Yeah, there's heart plate. One of the great things about Evie's birthday is that since it's so close to Valentine's Day, you get real cute heartsy things. You get real cute decor options. Yeah. So we have pink heart plates, unicorn napkins, sparkly cups. In a real change that I did not see

coming, black and white checkerboard tablecloth is what she picked out, like a van's sort of thing.

That's fun. And she's having like a couple little friends over from her class. We're going to do,

we were going to take them all to get manicures, but none of the nail slons in town are open on Sunday. So, well, and when I say none of, I mean, there are two and they're not open. And I think one of them actually is like not a regularly open facility. Oh, River's here. Hello, River. I don't know if you just heard her little earflip. So we're doing like a little at-home DIY nail swan, I guess.

We went to Grand Junction yesterday to go to Target to buy some

supplies, which is an hour and a half away. It was really nice to be among the items. I bet I was going to say

how's it feel to be among the items? Yes, it was great. I have visited the items. But also,

it was really busy because everybody was shopping for Super Bowl parties. Yeah, I thought about that yesterday when I was out and about. I was like, do I want to go to Costco the day before? I did not go to Costco. No, go to Costco today. I'm going to. I'm going to go to the farm to see Leah and the dogs. And she lives, or the dog farm is right next to Costco. So I'm going to. It was kind of nutty in there, but it was kind of nice to browse. So anyway, yeah, that's why we're recording so early because Evie's birthday party starts this morning and I got to have time to go clean my house for a bunch of seven year olds. You are not going to notice, but I'm not going to care. It needs to happen. My friend has a seven-year-old

daughter as well and she's in gymnastics. They had a gymnastics meet yesterday. So I went to see her

and it was so cute. It was probably I'd say any range from like six to nine-year-olds. And it was so cute. They had, it was probably, I'd say, any range from like six to nine-year-olds. But like the thing that breaks my heart, and I'm sure my heart was hurting for them, is like when they would miss something or they would like not land what they wanted to land, they would just start crying and I wanted to be like,'s okay and my friend is like such a I would not

be able to cope with that my friend is she's a child psychologist so she's like all about like

responding appropriately and like you can handle your emotions and like sit with your emotions and so I

need her to like I know I love her so she's such a good mom. When I watch her parent, I'm just like,
