After this one, there will be an interview with author and journalist Yasha Levine, who has just put out this amazing book called Surveillance Valley that he's been working on for I think at least a few

years um which is kind of tracing the origins of the internet back to the U.S. military and how that's

evolved to today with things like Tor and how the Pentagon funds partly funds Tor and sort of

how the crypto community you know a lot of, and sort of how the crypto community,

you know, a lot of these like sort of crypto activist people are actually, you know, more in bed with the U.S. government in ways that they don't like to talk about.

And he paints a very different picture of a lot of things, you know, if you're, if you're into Edward Snowden or Julian Assange,

then you might realize,

like, just based on seeing that type of stuff at a surface level. So,

cool.

I highly recommend his book. Check it out. Yeah.
