I think the key is not taking things too personally. This is a journey and it is called life and we're all going to mess up.

Everyone's going to mess up. Everyone's going to react instead of think when they're triggered.

And I think just giving yourself grace, giving the other person grace and apologizing when you have done something wrong

is something that we have to offer one another to really reach our own individual potential.
