Birth can also be a lot of trauma because there's so much happening with your mind and your body

and you're becoming this new person before your own eyes.

And there's a lot of scary things that are out of your control.

And so we don't want you to hear us say like, oh, we had an

amazing experience. And like, we're just being candid. It really was amazing. And we do recognize

it's not everybody's story. And our hearts are with you if it's not. And I just didn't want

this to seem like bragging or prideful because there's a lot that works itself out into a birth

story. and just grateful
