So for those I don't know Alex Camacho is one of the coaches and wealthy investor.

He is a killer from Southern California.

I guess for people who don't know who you are can you give us some highlights?

Yeah so I'm a full-time real estate investor entrepreneur I got my start in

Southern California as you mentioned so I fixed and flip about 20 properties a year there.

But that's how I make money.

And I use that income to hold some of those properties.

And then also I've begun to invest in other assets or other states.

I moved to Hawaii a couple years ago so I was there for a while and I got some deals there and so I got some

property there and then recently I invested in my first

multi-family so that's in Phoenix.

I have an amazing team, a great partner with Will that you know that's

also in the program and so yeah man I just been getting after for a good part of a little bit more than five years

Two and a half of those years. I've been with wealthy investor

So it's been a fantastic ride you guys helped me so much and I love helping other students

to grow and expand in this business so it was a rough kind of last six months but you know

I think we're probably talk about that a little bit, but I'm super excited about this year because I see a lot of opportunities developing and we haven't bought as much, but we're buying some great deals right now still.

100%. So I remember I always saw the exact same story.

Well, I'm sorry, Alex, I think I saw you on a webinar that Ryan was on and then after that somehow we got on a Zoom call or a call and you were

living in LA, some part of LA, you had a house and then the garage was fixed up like it was your office.

You had a whiteboard books, all that stuff and you're like, man, I'm about to sell this and I'm going to have capital to start flipping houses and all this stuff. I guess can you can you tell that that story about that deal?

Yeah, so that was one of my first investments on my own. The way I got my start is I started listening to bigger pockets and that and then it said a lot of like hey go get a mentor or go work for somebody that is doing what you want to do.
