Self-development to me is not like oh, I read books and drink water and exercise

That's a lot of people that do that and they're not developing anything

No, they're not they're literally staying the same for years so to me self-development is you're trying new things you're pushing yourself you're getting uncomfortable

you're looking inward like okay am I confident right now truly am I scared you know even with me like I have like anxiety and stuff like that and I realize that I make a lot of decisions based on fear not not on purpose.

Like, I don't want to do that.

People are going to judge me.

I don't want to go on stage.

I sound weird.

I don't want to take a picture.

I have a double chin.

But you know what I mean?

Yeah, that's why you have a beard.

So self-development.

Yeah.

So I guess like for women out there, because I know Jessica went through the same thing where

after having kids, you know, you're kind of stuck at home, you got to take care of the kids,

you feel like you're losing yourself, like what advice or what tips would you give them to start building their confidence and get back to their

old selves?

That's a great question.

A number one thing is self-care, would say for sure and that is making time and that's not let me just tell you

Is that lotion putting on lotion and that's not taking a shower it's like those are the necessities

that everybody else gets to do but once you become a mom that's like luxury yeah
