But I will say a child under the age 10 lacks the emotional maturity to engage in any sort of an on-camera.

The 114th precinct, an NYPD cop made a daring rescue of an adorable kitten. The little guy was stuck

inside the frame of a tow truck parked on 34th Street near 30th Avenue. A passerby called 911

to report the cat. Officer Sean Ryan arrived, crawled under the car, spent more than an hour

trying to coax the little animal out. Well, the cat refused to obey the commands of the officer, who called for backup.

Cops arrived on the scene to find Officer Ryan on the ground and an apparent struggle to apprehend the suspect.

They drew their weapons, demanding the kitten immediately stop resisting.

The kitten made an attempt to reach for Ryan's still holstered weapon,

at which point the kitten was fatally shot by officers.

If only that was the way it went.

Oh, I heard the kitten was selling cigarettes and then it got shows.

He's a little lucy's down there.
