I'm feeling spry.

Holy wow. We just had three grandkids over, and our daughter's best friend, Matt, his wife, Brittany,

their two kids over.

Matt's mom and dad, me and Sue, we just had a little sledding party out right on the back

behind the house by the pond.

You know, the hill around the pond on two sides is just big enough tall enough

and steep enough to wear out a bunch of three four five and six year olds and let them go down

the hill by themselves and slide across the frozen pond it was it was amazing we did we had

probably one of the best sundays i've ever had in the wintertime.

We finally got a real Michigan snowy winter again.

It's been a couple of years, maybe three, since you could count on seeing the ground covered in snow.

And it's been building up here two, three inches a day.

And oh, my God god build a big snowman

all that stuff but i'll tell you the truth i'm ready because on tuesday i'm heading west

got a trip coming up and i you're going to hear all about it i'll do a couple podcasts when i'm

when i'm out west, going to western Kansas.

I cannot wait to get out there.

But I'll tell you what, this Sunday was so fun that I could almost, if I knew we could repeat this next Sunday, if the weather would hold, if it would stay cold, if we keep our snow, I could almost talk myself out of going hunting to have a day like we did today.
