CNBC's Tech Check. Debo, welcome back. Hello, Dan. As always, an honor and a privilege. Love being here.

We have so much to cover here today. We're going to talk about lots of goings on in the chip space

and Nvidia's report after the close on Wednesdays. It is really going to be the main event, but we have a continuation in this sort of tit for tat between the U.S. and with China, with chip production,

and who can sell to who. And we also have this headline I thought was really interesting

out of Apple and Broadcom talking about moving some 5G chip production here to the U.S.

So all welcome sort of stuff. But stick

around after Debo and I cover a whole heck of a lot. We have my very good friend, Dan Taran,

he's the co-founder and managing partner at gutter Capital as a VC firm here in NYC. And he also

brought with them to really interesting guys, to CEO and founders of companies that are working

at the intersection of this

energy transition in the home. One of them is Max Vegaberg. He is a CEO at Tetra Home Services and

Eric Oskie, the CEO of Treehouse and two really, really interesting topics. Debo, you're going to

really find this interesting. Eric's company is really trying to make accessible home charging for EVs.

And they're really working at the point of sale to kind of just kind of speed up the transition

here and work on some of the incentives that are worked into the IRA that was put in place

last year.

And then Max's firm is really focused on the energy transition as it relates to HVAC systems

and the like. So I learned a whole heck of a lot. So stick around for that conversation. All right,
