What do we think about that?

The Alabama transfer Julian Sand.

Is that like a real thing?

I don't think he's going to do that.

He did it.

But Caleb Downs played a snap at Alabama.

Caleb Downs was all in the field for important games for Alabama.

Julian Sand, I think, went to classes for, like, syllabus day and then was at it.

Would you say that before we get back in the Julian saying, because that's actually why I

feel like the Alabama Caleb Downs thing is like a footnote at this point. And it's not just because he's going to play multiple years at Ohio State. I think he's way more embedded in Ohio State's program than he ever was at Alabama. And it's because he was a true freshman. Like, Nick Sab, I think he joked. We were having a conversation one time about how, and I think you guys were there for the conversation, I'm talking about how his relationship with Nick Saban was fine, but he was a true freshman, so it wasn't like the strongest relationship in the world. Yeah, he did win SEC freshman of the year, though. That's true. He did win the SEC. You know who didn't win a freshman of year award? Jeremiah Smith didn't want a freshman of the year though. That's true. He did win the SEC. You know who didn't win a freshman of a year award? Jeremiah Smith didn't win a freshman of the year award. Speaking of freshman, though, this one's a redshirt freshman. Julian said in Ohio State starting quarterback, 2025. No shocker. I mean, we have been saying it for nine months now. And we've been almost arrogantly saying, like, listen, this is not a real battle. I do think to start with Lincoln Keenhost, though, Stefan. I do think Lincoln Keenholst,

he accomplished his mission, even if he's not the starting quarterback at Ohio State,

simply because Ohio State right now is in a position where if something happened to Julian

and Lincoln had to come in for a drive, it just, it wouldn't just be holding its breath because their entire season just fell in. Yeah, no, definitely. I think, I think it was about exactly what you needed from Lincoln Keenholz in this quarterback competition, because I'll, I'll even one up you. He said we've been saying Julian's a starting quarterback for about nine months. I mean, 12 months ago, we were probably predicting Julian San to be this team's starting quarterback in 2025. That's just kind of been the trajectory

of things for Julian saying. And I think what's maybe most important, and we're recording this
