Andrew Gillis. It's time for another market down Monday. We've got two of these left. We got this week and then next week. Then they start playing football. Then they start playing football. Then the real fun begins. We stop. We get out of business mode in college football and getting the ball talk mode in college football. Business season and college football is too long talking about

all the things that are going to reshape the sport instead of talking about the actual sport.

Today we are marking down our Heisman Trophy finalists for the 2025 season.

We're trying to figure out whether that Ohio State is going to have another finalist in

2025. They have had one in all but two seasons since Ryan Day

became the head coach in 2019. In 2019, Justin Field and Chase Young both got to New York in 2020.

Nobody got to New York. Justin Fields felt like he was on his way to New York and maybe even

winning the award and then he kind of fell apart there at the end of the season and gets left off with the list. In 2021, C.J. Strau gets there and then he

gets back there in 2022. In 2023, Marvin Harrison Jr. becomes the third different position in the day

era to get to New York as a wide receiver. And then last season, maybe Will Howard gets there

if they beat Michigan and he gets back

on the stage with Dylan Gabriel in the Big Ten championship game. But that does not happen. So no

Heisman trophy finalists. So we're going to see if they got a lot of guys this year who I think

have a chance to get to New York. I'm looking at the Heisman odds right now. They've got at least

two guys who have

plus 2,000 are better. So here's what we're going to do. We're going to run through our list, starting with four, then three, then two, then one. We'll do four and then take a break, and then three and two, and then take a break, and then one and then take a break. Stefan and I were talking before we started this podcast, and I don't think either of us have our list formulated

as we sit down to get on this podcast, which isn't great, but it's also that much of a crap shoot

in terms of who can get to New York this year. I think there are a lot of guys who realistically can,
