minute a former ohio divorced lawyers accused of murdering his client in 2013 because he wasn't ready to take her case to trial.

Prosecutors say Gregory Moore lured his client, Eliza Sherman, to his office in downtown Cleveland,

a day before her divorce trial was set to begin, using a mobile hotspot to avoid pinging cell towers.

And as she waited outside of his office, police say Sherman was stabbed

more than 10 times and pronounced dead at a hospital later that day. The indictment shows after

Sherman was stabbed, Moore reconnected to Verizon to contact Sherman to create the impression that

he was unaware she was attacked. The next day, it says a voicemail from Sherman was deleted

and security footage wiped from Moore's office.

Prosecutors say more previously sought to avoid court dates by faking illnesses,

getting into a car crash, and calling in bomb threats to courthouses in 2012.

He's entered a not guilty plea.
