Welcome back to another O-N also, which is the many episodes that come out every Friday, not too short, not too long, just enough to be able to start you off on the right plate for Friday. And y'all, I just, I am just such a voice memo person that this feels the most natural

for me to just to be able to share with you like what's going on in my life um a few things

I feel like we are starting to ramp down my March and April were nuts with travel and my desire was to really have like a summer vacation

do adults even get that anymore if you're not a teacher I don't know and honestly I feel like

if you have kids you're like um what vacation you know uh but I will say I I really was desiring

to just hunker down especially especially with the book coming out.

For y'all that don't know, I wrote a book.

And this is like totally secret.

So, like, I feel like I can trust you with this.

Not that you can't tell anybody, but I just feel like, we're not ready to be like,

whoa, yeah, book, you know?

I'm just inviting you into my sphere so the book comes out in august and we're really

going to be starting to ramp up some marketing fun things in next few months and all that to be said
