This past week I spent time at Smith Lake, Alabama with our Rally online community IRL! It filled me up and I learned just as much (if not more) as I lead and I needed to share a few things of encouragement with you if you're also in a space where you feel like woman can be a little "secretive" or gatekeep information, not hold space for you or carry a spirit of competition. 1:22.3	an online membership called Rally, and it is a community for female Christian entrepreneurs who want to scale and grow,
1:31.0	but they know they can't do it by themselves. And what got them here will not get them there
1:35.2	to where they want to go next. So we just realized, gosh, we could go so much farther together,
1:41.6	but I really want to create a space where women can do that
1:44.3	together and not have just go on the hunt for it. And we launched in July and have so many members,
1:51.5	which is so much fun. But we figured, oh, it's time that we do something in person. So we planned a
1:57.0	retreat and we were at a retreat that Smith Lake this past week and it was amazing and part of
2:04.1	me as we were there was like oh I really should I really you know should make sure that there's
2:11.1	something that I have to say for an oh and also this week or whatever but then the beauty of it too
2:15.8	was I was doing just as much learning as I was
2:18.4	doing leading the retreat. And I have so much I learned. And one of them, which is, I think the
2:25.7	biggest theme in life these days that I just wish I could whisper to anyone that would listen to me.
