0:40.1	The title of my book coming out in August is Love Your Life, even when you don't like it all

0:46.2	And it is all about unlocking joy in the messy, mundane, and magnificent moments because

0:55.5	heart behind this was really to wake us all up to realize that joy is not just a
1:00.2	personality trait it's not waiting for us on the other side of whatever we're
1:03.4	walking through it's not something that we one-time experienced it is a skill
1:08.1	it is a gift that we all have access to when we say yes to Jesus. And it's something that we have to get good at. Like I talk about this with some friends on a podcast that I was just on that will probably come out later this summer. But how like Michael Jordan didn't just become good. Like Kobe Bryant didn't just become good at basketball because he got a basketball for Christmas.
1:38.1	Like he had to dribble, do drills, call in other people, even have a coach, get on the actual court when he didn't feel like it, like practice in the rain and the sun and like all of it.
1:42.1	No matter his circumstances, he's like, I'm, I really, really want to be in the NBA.
1:48.3	And he did. And they both did because they practiced and they did drills and they showed up even when they didn't feel like it.
1:49.9	And so what does it look like for us?
2:03.5	Even as believers to show up to something and actually get so good at it, that it is something that we, you know, other people look at. And they're like, wow, what is that? Like, that is skill. we um you know other people look at and they're like wow what is that like that is skill that is talent and then for us to be able to share the good news that it's also available to
2:08.3	them when they ask Jesus to be a part of their life and that is modeling modeling modeling the gospel
2:15.4	and modeling having a greater hope than the one that we're facing today
