I am so excited to have Sammy on the line today. Hi. Oh my gosh.

It's so cool to have you on the show. I'm so excited. We've known each other forever, I feel like.

I mean, very long time. And I kind of wanted to talk about being an OG YouTuber. I wanted to kind of

start that, the show off with that because like, I, and I don't know if a lot of people know this, but before I, I even started making YouTube videos, I watched you. Oh my God. Because back in the day, you were, and not to say that you still aren't, but like, you were seriously like, wow. Really? I don't feel like that. Isn't it weird? Oh my God. Back, like when, I don't know what year that would have been, but I must have been like 20 years old or something. And seeing you like style denim shorts that you got at Camden Market was literally, I was like, couldn't believe that somebody like you existed.

And I remember I used to put like the studs in and everything and yeah.

And that's like how I really started like getting super into YouTube.

You were probably like the first person I became like obsessed with.

Yeah.

So crazy and like I'm really grateful.

I remember thinking like God she's got the coolest life and like this cool style and like what's it like to be her?

No, I'm the same.

I'm like that with you now.

Stop it.

So yeah, that was kind of like when I first started getting into your channel and you were,

have you always done fashion themed stuff was that always your

thing and did you set out to do that yeah um i think i started more beauty and because i was when i was

at uni i was doing actually it was fashion styling but with like beauty and hair design thrown in and

things but yeah i started because i i discovered lots of like u US YouTubers and they were all talking about beauty products. And I was like, oh, I want to get in on this. Yeah. Yeah, so it started like that. And then people started to request in for me to talk more about what I was wearing and like show outfits and things like that, which I'd love. Yeah. And And then it just went on on and on. It's cool that you say like you started watching other YouTubers and you were like, I want to get in on this. Because that's exactly what happened to me and so many of us who started around that time. I feel like so many of us were like, this looks fun. Yeah. And that's why we all kind of started. Yeah.
