0:49.4	Today I'm going solo because I'm just coming off of a little over a week, about 10 days of just being sick.

1:00.0	And so if you've been following the podcast for many years, you'll know that I'm made of glass.

1:13.9	plan for. For every, for some reason, every September, it seems to really hit me the hardest,
1:18.8	too. So that's why I'm on here alone because I just want to get a podcast out this weekend.
