I want to help my friend with her vaping addiction, but I don't know how.

Okay.

So let me jump on this one first of all, and then you guys can weigh in, right?

So, by the way, great question.

Whoever sending in that question? Great question. Let me break that question down to what it comes down to.

Whether it's vaping, whether it's alcohol, drugs, whether it's maybe your friends dating someone who's physically or verbally abusive, sounds me like that question is coming from a place of love.

Whether your friend thinks they're in a bad situation or not, this could be in any situation,

so I'm not just referring to vaping, right?

But if your friend thinks they're in a bad situation or not, you are that right-or-dye friend,

and it's your job as a good friend to say something.

Now, do you want to be their parent? No. Do you want to be the

person telling them how to live their life? That's not your role as a friend. But what I'd suggest is you

pull that friend aside 101 and just tell them, say, hey, listen, I love you. Tell them some just

amazing things about them. Man, you're a great athlete. You're great in this.

Like, man, I admire you. I look up to you in all these ways. And I'm not trying to be your parent.

I'm not trying to come at you in some negative way. I just want to tell you like, man, you've been

hitting that vape a lot, you know? And I'm kind of low-key, like, looking at you like going, it looks to me like it's more of a habit and anxiety and it's,
