Hey, welcome to another episode of OG therapy.

And today I've got something coming right hot off the press from my high school class. In fact,

it's something that really kind of caught me off guard. I shouldn't say it caught me off

guard is like a surprise, but it was a surprise how many young people in my high school class

were affected by this. So I thought this would be a great episode for OG therapy because this

not a good dad, that's not my my intention i'm just telling you some experiences that

happened with a lot of students my class and then me give you a little a few suggestions i guess

is the best way to put it so what i had happened today is something i've talked to on the

like the fight podcast in the past it's something i, uh, middle of every quarter from my class.
