Our first conversation is with Madeline Albright, the former secretary of state and she's

a delightful conversationalist and she's also an inventor of new ways of doing diplomacy.

She created this practice of wearing a pin that had a special meaning that was easily understood

by the person she was negotiating with and she'd wear it into the meeting and everybody
