because it's our 50th podcast and we're finally going to get to the topic all our listeners

have been waiting for. Why do they put stitches on a baseball? Oh, well, what a great memory

you have, Bob. I think we brought up that topic about 20 podcasts ago, but never through

ourselves into the discussion. Get it through today. However, we're talking about rest

and how it's important to pause and rejuvenate our minds and bodies. Like I said, today we're
