She gave me a little name on how to pronounce her name correctly.

It's cow in, like the cow is in the barn,

and now I always laugh every time I say that.

Makes you remember it though.

It does because I'm so good at mangling people's names.

So Alicia and I are both in the coaching industry I would say and we talk a lot about what we're thinking, what we're doing and we were having a conversation yesterday about what has been going on in

been going on in 2020 and how that's impacted our goals

and setting goals for the future.

So I thought I would bring Alicia on and share this conversation with you.

This will be a little bit different because I really am not 100% sure how this is going to go, but in the spirit of what I hope

2020 will be, we're just going to go for it, right?
