Summary

Jen Psaki is joined by Congressman Dan Goldman to discuss the failed effort by Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to move his case to federal court, as well as attempts by Congressman Jim Jordan to undermine the prosecution against Donald Trump. Then Republican Congressman Ken Buck explains why he opposes an impeachment inquiry of President Biden and why he’s become a top critic of his fellow-Republican lawmaker, Marjorie Taylor Greene. Legal Experts Andrew Weissmann and Neal Katyal also talk to Jen about the ongoing efforts to remove Donald Trump from the ballot under the 14th Amendment, and Weissman reacts to the personal attacks Trump has leveled at him on Truth Social. And finally, Jen joined by Senator Amy Klobuchar to talk about the Republican’s hopeless attempt to rebrand the term “pro-life.”
