Now, PFF pretty much gave the Browns a pretty good review on free agency.

I think they had them up there at the top of one of the better teams in free agency.

So it was kind of odd to see them all the way down at 21 in the pre-draft power rankings.

And I heard a lot of complain about it.

But the more I thought about it, the more I was kind of like, good.
