It was a strange status for Mike White the entire game.

First status was he became only the second player in NFL history to throw 400 yards in his debut, he and Cam Newton.

So then he comes out and he bangs his wrist in his forearm against the giant mitt of DeForest Buckner and then spent what seemed like hours getting his fingers pulled and prodded by the docs. What do you think, DeAngelo? I'm a little dumbfounded, man. If I had the game he had last week, ain't no damn way they keep me out the game. This is. I know.

It was an exciting week for a Jets fan, and then 45 points of the defense, and Mike White knocked

out of the game.
