I had been living in New York and working there as an actor and director and choreographer for 25 years or so and I really felt I needed a change.

I imagined in my fantasy, I suppose, that when I came here I would have a completely different life.

I'm weighing in today at 185 pounds. Owing to the run that I decided to go on before coming to the Cairo studios this morning so that would make it a 6am run.

May have been the earliest that I've ever actually gotten up in the morning to run and I just want to tell everyone it was a terrible, terrible idea and I'm never going to do it again because I almost died and I think my leg might have fallen off.
